PART 3: Between Session Support
A lot can happen in a week. If you are going through a very difficult time, or perhaps you are in the midst of or a break-up, or a period of addiction, then getting daily support between sessions can be really beneficial.
Weekly sessions are too far apart for those in crisis, and hence my intense programmes offer you daily contact, maybe even several times a day, to keep you on track.
Between Session Support can be as light as a morning text message check-in, to a more in-depth schedule of daytime and evening calls. If you are feeling very low, or are trying to adopt a new behaviour pattern, this regular contact can really help you to stay focused.
