My 3 Part method is not like regular counselling. Developed over years as an academic (Cambridge) and experienced practitioner, I have developed a unique approach to therapy that has proven to be highly effective.
This is a fixed term solution-focused method to ensure that you can move forward quickly and effectively; you will not be in therapy forever!
Part 3: Between Session Support
After your free introductory session, I design a programme of content around your needs and what I think will benefit you.
I focus on themes, thought process, and habits so that together we can raise problems to consciousness and then find ways to strategize different outcomes and recalibrate emotions.
Ultimately, the aim of the session is to lift your ‘baseline’ mood, so that you can face your difficulties, from the strongest position possible. When we are feeling good, anything is possible.
This is thinking outside the box. My clients report unanimously, this is a transformative experience.
